Where do I find the reports?
All accounting reports are under Accounting in the main menu (top left corner). Go to Accounting and look under Reports in the left-hand menu. There you'll find:
General ledger - all transactions per account, with closing balance per account
Customer ledger - all items per customer
Supplier ledger - all items per supplier
Balance - balance per account for the selected period
Result - profit and loss report, with the option to compare against last year, year to date or budget
Balance Sheet - balance sheet report
Selecting period and date
In Balance, Result and Balance sheet you select the period using the period picker at the top (e.g. "June 2026").
In General ledger and the subledgers you can additionally set a To date. If you want open items as of 31 Dec, set the date to 31 Dec and turn on Open postings (see below).
Showing only open items
In General ledger, Customer ledger and Supplier ledger you'll find the Open postings button at the top of the report. Turn it on to show only items that are not closed.
Example - open customer items as of 31 Dec:
Go to Accounting → Customer ledger
Set To date to 31 Dec
Turn on Open items
Click Export and choose a format
Filtering the report
Click Filters to narrow down the report. In the general ledger you can filter by account or account range, customer, supplier, department, project, product, custom dimension and amount or amount range.
Click Apply filters to update the report, or Clear filters to reset.
Report options in Result and Balance
In Result and Balance you also have a Report options button at the top. Here you customise how the report is laid out and compared.

About budget: For the budget comparison to show figures, a budget must have been entered for the company (the Budget module). If no budget has been entered, the budget column will be empty.
Exporting and downloading
All reports have an Export button at the top. You can download as:
.pdf - for printing and sharing
.xlsx (Excel) - for further processing
.csv - for large data volumes and import into other systems
The export carries over the filters, report options and date selection you've set - what you see on screen is what you get in the file.
Tip: If the report has very many lines and the Excel download won't start, use .csv instead. CSV files can be opened directly in Excel.
