Catacloud Servicedesk

Catacloud can be connected to a number of external services. Here is an overview of the available integrations, with a short description of each.

Open the main menu (the grid icon in the top left) and select Modules and integrations. Go to the Integrations tab. Click on an integration to see its description, terms of use and privacy policy, and to activate it. Active integrations are marked with Active.

Automatically synchronises accounting data between Hoopit and Catacloud — useful for sports clubs and associations. For the setup to work, the organisation number must be the same in both Hoopit and Catacloud. After activating and authenticating the integration in Catacloud, an administrator in Hoopit must approve and activate it from the Hoopit side.

Connects the integration platform Vevr to Catacloud, allowing other systems to be linked with Catacloud. Vevr can connect to, among others: Vipps, Stripe, Klarna, Nets, Zettle, Elavon, Swedbank, Multicase, Shopify, WooCommerce and ECPay. If you want to connect one of these systems, get in touch via the Contact developer button on the integration page.
