Catacloud has two subscription plans – Micro and Active. You choose your plan the first time you create a company, and you can upgrade to Active at any time.
The two plans
Micro – NOK 60/month (billed NOK 720 per year)
Suitable for businesses with low activity. Vouchers cost NOK 3 each for up to 100 vouchers per year – above 100 vouchers, the price increases to NOK 30 each for the excess. Additional vouchers are automatically invoiced at the next billing interval. Includes 1 GB file storage.
Active – NOK 249/month
Suitable for businesses with normal activity. No limit on the number of vouchers. Includes 5 GB file storage and bank integration.
Both plans include invoicing (eFaktura, EHF, Avtalegiro, subscription invoicing), voucher posting, free dimensions, department, budget, attestation, reports, Altinn integration, the Brønnøysund Register, and an unlimited number of users.
There is no binding period and no setup fee.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
How to upgrade to Active
Open the main menu (the grid icon in the top left) and select Administration.
Go to Payment in the left-hand menu.
Click Change payment settings at the top of the page.
A modal opens with the Pricing plan tab. Click Select under the Active plan.
Add-on modules
Project and time tracking are add-on modules available on both plans. Bank integration is included in Active and costs extra on Micro:

Time tracking – NOK 99/month
Bank integration – included in Active / NOK 49/month on Micro
Modules are activated under Administration → Modules and integrations.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I exceed 100 vouchers on Micro?
Vouchers cost NOK 3 each on Micro. When you exceed 100 vouchers within a year, the price increases to NOK 30 each for the excess vouchers. This is handled automatically – you will not be locked out, and the additional vouchers are invoiced at the next billing interval.
Can I have different plans on different companies?
Yes. Each client (company) has its own plan and is invoiced separately.
